The Patna police that is in Mumbai running a parallel and independent probe into Sushant Singh Rajput’s death are finding it difficult to wrest control of documents related to the investigation from their Mumbai counterparts. PeepingMoon.com has exclusively learned that the Patna police are unhappy with the Mumbai police’s investigation and might want to reconstruct the actor’s death by suicide at his Mont Blanc apartment in Bandra.

Not just the autopsy report, but the Patna cops also want the 20-minute video that was taken during the actor’s postmortem at Cooper Hospital and photographs of the suicide scene taken by the police. The Mumbai police, in whose custody all these documents are, has not allowed the visiting cops access to them. They were also barred from entering the actor’s home by Mont Blanc’s security guards.

The Patna police, it is believed, want to reconstruct the hanging using a dummy of the actor’s weight and height and then compare their report with the ligature marks found on Sushant’s neck and recorded in the autopsy.
Among other documentation they are seeking is also the viscera report and the tensile test of the cloth the actor had allegedly used to hang himself from the fan which they insist which will prove important for their investigation.

Talking to the media in Patna, Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey said the Mumbai police was not cooperating with the four-member team of Patna policemen on the grounds that the matter is sub-judice.
