Real reason behind Paresh Rawal’s exit from 'Hera Pheri 3' revealed, Lawyer claims – forced to shoot without script

Paresh Rawal's exit from the third part of Bollywood's famous comedy franchise 'Hera Pheri' has now taken the form of a legal dispute. This decision of Paresh Rawal, who played a memorable character like 'Babu Rao Ganpatrao Apte', has shocked the entire film industry. Now the actor's lawyer has issued an official statement on this entire matter.

According to reports, Paresh Rawal signed the term sheet of 'Hera Pheri 3' in the month of March. At that time he was busy shooting for his second film 'Bhoot Bangla' and this signing was done without any legal advice. It is being said that Akshay Kumar had told Paresh, "Have faith, we will see about a long contract later." On this faith, Paresh signed the term sheet. Paresh's lawyer says that after signing, the script, screenplay and final contract were demanded several times, but nothing was provided by the producer side. In April, Paresh was asked to shoot a promotional video, even though the script of the film was not finalized till then. The shooting was done on the sets of 'Bhoot Bangla' and it was completed in a hurry citing the promotional deadline of IPL.

Given this uncertainty and incomplete project plan, Paresh Rawal decided to walk out of the film and returned the signing amount of Rs 11 lakh with 15% interest. Despite this, Akshay Kumar's production company 'Cape of Good Films' sent a legal notice to Paresh. Meanwhile, a new twist came when the original producer of the film, Firoz Nadiadwala, also issued a notice saying that the rights of the 'Hera Pheri' brand are with him only, and no one can use it without him. He has claimed rights over all the characters and names of the franchise.

Now this dispute has completely turned into a legal battle. On one hand, Paresh Rawal's team says that they took every step legally correct, while on the other hand, Akshay Kumar's company alleges that Paresh's decision has damaged the reputation of the franchise.
