There have been strong discussions about the sequel of Salman Khan's superhit film Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015) for some time now. Recently, after the film's writer V. Vijayendra Prasad met Salman Khan, these speculations have gained more air. Now the name of actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has also been added to this discussion, who played the memorable character of Pakistani journalist Chand Nawab in the film.
In a conversation with Hindustan Times, Nawazuddin Siddiqui reacted to his presence in 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2'. When asked if he will be a part of this sequel, he said, "I have no idea whether the sequel is being made or not. Whether I will be taken in or not, it completely depends on the makers. I cannot say that if I was in the film earlier, I would be there now too. It doesn't work like this. If they need us, we will definitely be there."
Along with this, the actor also made a big statement about the third part of Anurag Kashyap's cult film Gangs of Wasseypur. When he was asked if he will be seen in 'Gangs of Wasseypur 3', he clearly said, "This film will not be made. Anurag himself does not want its third part to be made. The good thing about him is that he does not get stuck in old things. He believes that whatever has happened is done. Now move on." Let us tell you that Gangs of Wasseypur was released in two parts in the year 2012, in which Nawazuddin played the character of Faizal Khan, who was the son of Sardar Khan played by Manoj Bajpayee. This character gave Nawaz a distinct identity in Bollywood.
