According to a report by News18, now famous South actress Sreeleela has been cast in the film in place of Janhvi Kapoor. Sreeleela will be seen opposite Kartik Aaryan in this film. At the same time, another big change has happened that actor Lakshya, who was earlier associated with the film, has now been replaced by Vikrant Massey. 'Dostana 2' is being produced under the banner of Karan Johar's production house Dharma Productions.
