After Paresh Rawal, Actress Anu Aggarwal opens up about drinking urine: Says it helps stay young

Many people may be surprised to hear this, but famous 90s actress Anu Agarwal has recently revealed that she has consumed her urine. She says that this is a part of an ancient yogic process 'Amaroli Kriya', which is considered extremely beneficial for health and beauty. According to Anu, this method not only slows down the aging process, but also prevents wrinkles on the face. Interestingly, a few days ago, veteran actor Paresh Rawal also praised this method and said that it gave him relief from knee injury.

Anu Agarwal said during a conversation with Instant Bollywood, "People have less knowledge about it or they ignore it. This process is called 'Amaroli Kriya'. I have adopted it myself. In this, the whole urine is not drunk, but a part called 'Amrit' is consumed. It prevents aging and protects the face from wrinkles. I have tried it myself and it is an amazing thing." When asked about the scientific basis of this practice, she dismissed modern science and said, “How old is science? Just 200 years. Whereas yoga is thousands of years old. So who will you listen to? I fully support this yogic method.”

On this very subject, Paresh Rawal had told in an interview that when he was shooting for his first film ‘Ghatak’, he slipped in a fish market scene and got a serious knee injury. During treatment at Mumbai’s Nanavati Hospital, he felt that his acting career could be in danger. Then stunt director Veeru Devgan advised him to consume urine first thing in the morning as soon as he wakes up. Paresh said, “Veeru ji said that all fighters do this, there will be no harm in it.” Paresh followed this process for 15 consecutive days and he says that even the doctors were surprised to see his rapid recovery.
