Charming, witty and an actor par excellence, Shah Rukh Khan has been indeed ruling the world with his presence. The superstar, on Monday, turned 55 and celebrated the day with his family in Dubai. Shah Rukh is in the city for the ongoing IPL season. Due to the pandemic, the celebrations were low-key, but fans and the actor kept their spirits high. Honouring Shah Rukh and celebrating him and his global stardom, the world's tallest building Burj Khalifa lit up with an image of the superstar. Not just this, a birthday wish was also displayed.
Shah Rukh, who witnessed the moment with his children Suhana Khan and AbRam Khan. The superstar's wife Gauri Khan's niece Alia Chhiba was also present. "It’s nice to see myself on the biggest and tallest screen in the world. My friend #MohamedAlabbar has me on the biggest screen even before my next film. Thanks & love u all @burjkhalifa & @emaardubai . Being my own guest in Dubai... my kids mighty impressed and me is loving it!," Shah Rukh wrote while sharing a picture.
Karan Johar who is also in Dubai with Shah Rukh and his family shared a video featuring the superstar on his Instagram. In the video, Shah Rukh is expressing happiness on seeing the Burj Khalifa lit on his birthday. Karan, in the background, is heard saying, "Say hi to everyone - bhai you have to turn here. Say something - about the love you are getting." A less audible Shah Rukh is heard saying, "Thank you everybody, thank you Emaar, thank you Mohammad, lots of love to you all"
Earlier, Shah Rukh shared a video message for his fans and thanked them for their love.
