Akshay Kumar's and Katrina Kaif's upcoming action film Sooryavanshi is undoubtedly among the highly anticipated projects of 2020. The Rohit Shetty directorial, which marks the fourth film of the cop universe franchise, has managed to keep fans of the franchise and the actors on their toes with interesting BTS giving a glimpse into the offscreen fun on the actioner's shoot location. Now, as Sooryavanshi is inching closer to its release date, Katrina, who is said to play the role of a doctor opposite Akshay's cop, spoke about her experience working with Akshay and Rohit on the film. The actress, in an interview, told that she is excited for the project to release and gushed that the combination of Akshay and Rohit was amazing.
"Oh, it was amazing. I’m super excited for the film. The combination of working with Rohit Shetty and Akshay Kumar was just amazing. We had a really really good time on the set and just a lot of fun. Every day on the set was just easy going and everyone was just working together as a team and there was so much warmth on the set. So, I’m really looking forward to it," Katrina told.
Sooryavanshi is directed by Rohit and produced by him with Karan Johar and Akshay. The film revolves around Anti Terrorism Squad Chief Veer Sooryavanshi, who will tackle the evil-doers in his unique way. The film will feature Ajay Devgn's Singham and Ranveer Singh's Simmba in an epic climax. Sooryavanshi's release date has been changed to March 25, 2020, but the team is yet to make an official announcement.
