Kareena, while she posed with Kalki for the cameras, complimented her by saying she looked absolutely brilliant and went on to call herself a 'cow' when she was six months pregnant. The video of this conversation went viral on social media platforms.

In the video, Kareena is heard saying, "At six months I used to look like a cow," and then praised Kalki by saying, "Absolutely brilliant".

Kareena, after tying the knot with Saif Ali Khan on October 16, 2012, welcomed her first child Taimur Ali Khan in 2016. During her pregnancy months, the actress stunned everyone with her graceful style and set an example for others to follow.

Speaking of Kalki's pregnancy, she, during an interview with a leading daily last month, told that she will be heading to Goa for a water-birth in December when the baby is due. “I already feel the changes in the way I react to things. I am more deliberate, slower, more patient. When motherhood comes eventually, it brings with it a new consciousness to your sense of person. I still want to work but it is less about the rat race and more about nurturing oneself through one’s work. It becomes about infusing concentration and energy inward,” she told.
