Kalki Koechlin, earlier this month, surprised everyone by announcing the love of her life, Guy Hershberg, a classical pianist from Jerusalem while sharing a mushy picture with him from their vacation. And now, it seems the actress and her boyfriend are set to take a step further in the relationship. Kalki, during an interview with a leading daily, revealed about expecting her first child with Guy. Disclosing that she is five months into the pregnancy, Kalki informed that she will be going for a water birth in Goa at a local naturalist birth centre. During the interview, she further added that she has begun feeling changes in her life and has become slower deliberately. The Sacred Games 2 actress told that although she wants to work, it now, won't be like being in a rat race.
“I already feel the changes in the way I react to things. I am more deliberate, slower, more patient. When motherhood comes eventually, it brings with it a new consciousness to your sense of person. I still want to work but it is less about the rat race and more about nurturing oneself through one’s work. It becomes about infusing concentration and energy inward,” Kalki told during the interview.
Kalki was previously married to filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, who went through a divorce formerly with Aarti Bajaj and has a daughter with her named Aaliyah Kashyap. The couple tied the knot in 2011 and decided to part ways within two years itself. They officially got divorced in 2015. On the work front, Kalki was last seen in her ex-husband Anurag co-directed Netflix web series Sacred Games 2 as Batya Abelman.
