Watch: Ex-couple Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh cheer for their daughter Sara Ali Khan in this throwback video from her graduation ceremony

Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, although separated quite a long time ago, have maintained a cordial relationship with each other and continue to be doting parents to Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan. The estranged couple leaves no stone unturned to jump to their children's side to support them unconditionally and there ain't denial to this. The couple, mirroring this rapport and mutual understanding yet again, was seen cheering for their elder daughter Sara's, who is now an actress, at her graduation ceremony and we have proof.

A throwback video of Sara's graduation ceremony at Dhirubhai Ambani International School in 2013 went viral on a fan page dedicated to the young actress. The clipping apart from Sara featured her parents rooting for their daughter. The actress, in the video, was seen receiving the degree from Aamir Khan and Nita Ambani. Dressed in a blue robe, Sara was seen waving out to her parents seated in the audience. Sara, who made her Bollywood debut with Kedarnath and subsequently appeared in Simmba, both in 2018, graduated exactly a year after Saif married Kareena Kapoor. After graduating from Mumbai, the actress relocated to New York for further studies at the Columbia University.

Speaking about accompanying Sara to New York to drop her at the University, Saif, during his appearance on Koffee With Karan 6 with Sara said, "In Columbia, when we went to drop Sara to the University. We had dinner together in New York." To this Sara further added, "It was nice. I was going to college and mom had come to drop me and Abba was also there. Actually, my father and I were having dinner and then we decided to call my mum, and she came." Remembering those days, Sara also told, "We had a good time. And then they set me up in college together, I remember. And it was actually quite a sight because you were seeing, you know, Amrita Singh, and for those of you who know her, it's a funny sight, like, making my bed and Saif Ali Khan putting the bulb in the lamp. It was really nice and I really cherish that."
