The wait for the biggest launch into Mars on the big screen ends as the makers of Akshay Kumar's and his team of space scientists- Vidya Balan's, Sonakshi Sinha's, Taapsee Pannu's, Kirti Kulhari's, Nithya Menen's and Sharman Joshi's film Mission Mangal made the much-awaited trailer available on Thursday. The trailer was unveiled in an event conducted in the city in presence of the entire star cast of the film. The trailer gave an insight into the level of cinematic pleasure one can expect from this space-themed drama.
Mission Mangal trailer opens with Akshay aka Rakesh Dhawan, a senior scientist claiming that no mission can be successful without an experiment. Soon, the scene shifts to Vidya aka Tara Shinde, the leader of the mission to Mars. She, in a conversation with Akshay, puts forth a proposal for the Mission Over Mars. A while into the trailer, we get an insight into how the team experiments with home science to pull a tough task. Later, we get to know a little more about Taapsee's character, who is aboard to fulfill her hospitalised husband's desire to launch a space shuttle into Mars. Although not much about Sonakshi's, Kirti's and Nithya's character is revealed, maybe a surprise awaits us in theatres. Watch the trailer here:
