Rishi Kapoor has been staying in New York city with his wife Neetu Kapoor since September last year to receive medical treatment. In fact, it was only recently that Rishi talked about his illness confirmed he is now 'cancer-free'. As the veteran actor currently undergoes more medical procedures before he is back in India, he had a visitor from Bollywood and it was none other than actress Deepika Padukone, who was in NYC recently to attend the MET Gala 2019.
Neetu shared a loving picture of the three of them on Instagram and wrote, "Such a fun evening with adorable @deepikapadukone .. gave lot of love n warmth." See for yourself:

Meanwhile, talking about his health, Rishi has recently thanked his family and fans for their support throughout the treatment and said, "My eighth month of treatment started on May 1 in the US. But God has been kind! I am in remission, meaning now I am cancer-free. I will have to do a bone marrow transplant which in all probability should take another two months minimum."
To say the least, his fans cannot wait for him to be back in Mumbai soon.
