Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are husband and wife now. The couple tied the knot at Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur amidst their family and friends. Priyanka wore a special wedding gown designed by her by Ralph Lauren for her Christian wedding ceremony while Nick also wore a tux created by the designer.
At their Christian wedding Nick’s dad Paul Kevin Jonas Sr. who also officiated the wedding gave PeeCee’s hand to Nick in place of her late father Dr. Ashok Chopra. During the ceremony, Nick’s mother Denise Miller-Jonas gifted Priyanka a pair of earrings from Van Cleef & Arpels which is worth a whopping $79,500, i.e. Rs 55 lakhs. The snowflake earrings are made of gold ‘with diamonds of exceptional quality, giving each petal a unique purity and brightness’.

On the other hand, Nick reportedly called in his personal chefs from Dubai and Kuwait to make their wedding cake. The couple reportedly cut an 18 feet cake on their wedding day. As per reports, the chefs visited several Indian restaurants to learn about Indian cuisine and spices. The chefs also showed a keen interest in learning about the Marwaad’s spicy food and various non-veg dishes.

Post their wedding Priyanka and Nick were spotted at the Jodhpur airport leaving for Delhi. The couple will host their first wedding reception in Delhi tomorrow and reportedly Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also attend the reception. Priyanka and Nick will also host a wedding reception in Mumbai for their friends in the Bollywood fraternity.
