After Deepika Padukone’s and Ranveer Singh’s fairytale wedding at Lake Como in Italy, Bollywood and the entire country is gearing up to witness Priyanka Chopra’s and Nick Jonas' nuptials which is reportedly going to take place in the blue city Jodhpur in Rajasthan. The preparations for PeeCee’s big day are going on full swing. The actress’ mother Madhu Chopra went to Jodhpur to finalize the venue and the arrangements recently, whereas Priyanka has been having a gala time celebrating her bridal shower, bachelorette and shopping for her white wedding in Paris.
As per media reports, the wedding festivities will begin around next week which will include a sangeet and Mehendi ceremony followed by two weddings, according to Hindu and Christian rituals. The big day is reportedly December 2 and yesterday Nick bid goodbye to NYC to fly to India for the wedding. However, what has made us excited is the reports that the couple might just head over to Delhi to invite Prime Minister Narendra Modi to be an esteemed guest at probably the wedding reception.

The PM was last seen attending the wedding reception of Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli and actress Anushka Sharma last year in Delhi. Priyanka who is a former Miss World and a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador has met the PM on several occasions and it would be interesting to see the PM make it to the wedding.

Reportedly, the Mehendi and sangeet festivities would be held on November 29th and 30th. Priyanka and Nick both are reported to perform at the festivities and Nick is planning to shake a leg to groovy numbers featuring Priyanka.
