If you’re celebrating Madhuri Dixit’s return to the small screen as a judge on dance reality show Dance Deewane, well, this news will have you breaking into a jig… The actress’s first guests on the show will be none other than Salman Khan and his Race 3 gang. After unveiling the trailer of his upcoming thriller, Race 3, Salman along with Anil Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez and Daisy Shah will kick-start the promotions by shooting for the TV show on May 20.
The episode will be shot at a studio in the city and going by the buzz, it is going to be one cracker of a watch. There will be Madhuri and Jacqueline matching steps to the iconic Tezaab song, “Ek do teen…” which Jackie had performed to in Baaghi 2. Hopefully, this will undo the damage and give poor Jacqueline the love she had lost post her recreation of the song!

Also on the show, will be Anil Kapoor and Madhuri recreating the magic of their hugely popular number, “Dhak dhak karne laga…” from Beta. The two were a hit pair of the times and this sensual song continues to set heartbeats racing, long after it released in 1992. They will soon be seen together in Indra’s Kumar’s Total Dhamaal.
More song and dance in store as Salman and Madhuri will perform to songs from their super-hit Hum Aapke Hai Koun. The two had done many films together and naturally, the producers of the show are looking to create special moments between them. Salman fans will be thrilled to know that he will also be matching steps with Jacqueline to their thumping hit song, ‘Jumme ki raat…’ from Kick. Salman will also be doing some footwork on the floor with the contestants of the show and winning more hearts in the bargain.
‘Dance Deewane’ will have three categories of participants — under-13, under-35, and 35 and above. The three best contestants in each category will compete for the winner’s title.
