Saying goodbye to his kids is still tough for SRK

Sorry, Shah Rukh Khan will not be flashing his dimples anytime soon. The dishy star is downright sad now that his darling older kids are back to school, post their Christmas break. He shared a pic of himself and daughter Suhana, captioning it, “Holidays, as they say, should really be given a speeding ticket… hate dropping my kids to the airport…when holidays end…” The accompanying photograph shows him looking a tad low, alongside Suhana who flaunts a sad pout.

SRK’s oldest, Aryan is currently studying at the University of Southern California, while Suhana is completing her studies in London. Even little AbRam now attends the Dhirubhai Ambani International School and grabbed eyeballs as videos of him participating in his school’s annual function last year went viral.

The star was active on Twitter today, as he posted some adorable pictures with his son Aryan as well. His reply to a fan regarding AbRam also grabbed attention. It was quite a treat for Shah Rukh when a fan posted an edited video of the superstar with British singer Ed Sheeran’s song “Shape of You” playing in the background. The fan’s tweet read, “Shape of you SRK Version/ Last night you were in room now my bedsheet smell like you.”
The star respond to the fan tweeting, “Thanks. Is it appropriate that this is little AbRam’s fav song…ha ha.”

A doting father, SRK is never shy of wearing his heart on his sleeve where his kids are concerned. On his birthday in November last year, he had shared a picture collage of his kids – Aryan, Suhana and AbRam – captioning it, “My three vices in pictures: Grace, Style & Playfulness.”

Just the other day, filmmaker Karan Johar also came out to share that his very good friend and superstar Shah Rukh Khan was also a very inspiring parent. “Shah Rukh is amazing. He’s such a hands-on parent and a very inspiring parent to me,” vouched Karan, who had become a father of twins via surrogacy.
