Katrina Kaif, Anushka Sharma give Suhana Khan acting lessons

Quietly, almost unknown to anybody, young Suhana Khan has begun taking baby steps in Bollywood already and is slowly marching towards an acting career in films. Surprisingly, proud papa Shah Rukh Khan is not holding his daughter’s hand in this process. The people doing that are his gorgeous co-stars in Anand L Rai’s film – Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma.

Talking to Peeping Moon.com on the occasion of his 52nd birthday on Thursday, SRK revealed, “Suhana wanted to come and spend some time on sets because she wants to get into acting. So I asked her to come since Katrina and Anushka are there. They spend time talking to her and giving her some insight about acting which made Suhana happy.”
The actor has always been expressive about his love for his daughter. And when Suhana first made her intentions about joining Bollywood clear, SRK had said she (and her brother Aryan Khan) would have to complete their education first and then have a career in showbiz. “I am a big believer in education so they have to finish studying first,” he said. “I would be very proud because it’s my line of work. But the minimum requirement is that they graduate.”

Suhana, who is social media savvy and has a huge following on Instagram, is reportedly taking acting lessons from her father’s best friend, Bollywood’s showman filmmaker Karan Johar. The buzz is that KJo will launch her and her brother Aryan through Dharma Productions after they finish their education abroad. Right now, it’s only acting lessons in their holidays.

Meanwhile, cast and crew on Anand L Rai’s untitled film are tickled about the casual black-slapping acquaintance shared between SRK and Suhana. The actor has always said his relationship with his kids is “very adult and normal”. So it usual for Suhana not to address SRK as “Papa” or “Dad” as expected. “She calls me ‘Bro’ on the sets,” the actor told Peeping Moon.com. “Everyone was most surprised that she talks to me like that. But seriously, Suhana and I are friendly. We could say anything to each other. Or call one another by any name. For Suhana, I am her ‘Bro’ and I will always remain one!”
