Bollywood has known to face many a controversy and scandal. The latest one being the Call Detail Record (CDR) scam. It all started when Nawazuddin Siddiqui was allegedly accused of spying on his wife. His name cropped up after the police in Thane nabbed 11 persons, mainly private detectives, who were involved in the Call Detail Records scam.
After Nawazuddin's lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui was arrested recently, more details about the CDR scam were revealed. Siddiqui is now out on bail but the investigations are on. Apparently, Thane police crime branch found evidences that Kangana Ranaut also may have had Rizwan pull out call details of Hrithik Roshan.
Well, Tiger Shroff's mom Ayesha Shroff's name has also cropped up in this scam.
Apparently, Mrs Shroff had Rizwan pull out details of her ex-boyfriend Sahil Khan, with who she was having a legal tiff at the time.
In 2015 Ayesha Shroff and her business partner cum alleged boyfriend Sahil Khan got involved in a messy legal battle where Sahil claimed Ayesha used him physically and emotionally. Sahil had also submitted intimate photographs of himself and Ayesha. Shroff on the other hand had rubbished these rumours. She had also accused Sahil of cheating her of 8 crore rupees.
The case came to a close in 2015 Ayesha and Sahil reached a settlement, according to which Sahil apologized on moral grounds for the business losses caused to Shroff while she agreed to pay for the winding up of the failed companies. The settlement was rumoured to have a clause that all the incriminating articles, photographs and videos would have to be destroyed and that they would withdraw all cases against each other.
Well, with the new evidences of CDR, we wonder what turn the case will take, next. More details on this are yet awaited.
