The feud between Aditya Pancholi and Kangana Ranaut is 13 years old. However, now, the matter has taken a different turn with the recent happenings which has also baffled the police. Apparently, Pancholi may face fresh troubles with the recent turn of events. Recently, Pancholi had shared a video of Kangana’s lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui in which it was alleged that the older actor was accused in a false rape case.
Pancholi also filed a counter case against Kangana over the controversy but now Siddiqui has registered a complaint against Pancholi through Kangana’s sister and manager Rangoli Chandel alleging that he has deliberately taken the actress’ name in the media to defame her. Pancholi and Kangana were apparently in a live-in relationship thirteen years ago. Following their break-up, Kangana alleged that Aditya used to abuse her and was violent towards her and subsequently filed a case against him. Pancholi had also filed a defamation suit against the actress. On April 25, the police visited Pancholi’s house with the notice of an FIR in which it was alleged that the veteran actor had raped Kangana. However, Pancholi maintained that it was a false case and Kangana was trying to pressurize him through her sister so that he takes back his defamation suit against the actress.
Apparently, when Kangana’s lawyer Siddiqui had threatened Pancholi with the false rape charge, the actor had made a sting video of the meeting and produced the video clip to the police as evidence. The video was from January 2019 and Pancholi gave the video to the police on May 12 as evidence. Watch the video below.
Pancholi has been booked under section 228 A in which a rape victim’s name cannot be revealed and if done so then the perpetrator can be punished. He is also booked under IPC 375 in which forced physical relationship is a criminal offence. Kangana’s lawyer has also demanded that Pancholi’s mobile phone should be confiscated in which he made the video. Pancholi has also been accused of raping actress Pooja Bedi’s domestic helper as well. Siddiqui has also alleged that Pancholi has accused Rangoli of filing a false case against him.
