The family of Gurucharan Singh, renowned for his portrayal of Roshan Singh Sodhi in the popular sitcom Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, is reeling from shock and anxiety as the actor has been missing for two weeks now. Hargit Singh, Gurucharan's father, expressed his distress and longing for his son's safe return in an interview with Times of India.

Hargit Singh said, "There were no celebrations as such, but we were at home together, and it felt nice. The next day, he was supposed to travel to Mumbai." Disclosed that there were no festivities surrounding his birthday, which Gurucharan marked with a heartfelt Instagram post just a day before his disappearance.

The circumstances surrounding Gurucharan's disappearance have become increasingly mysterious. Delhi police sources quoted that Gurucharn Singh left his phone in the Palam area, complicating efforts to trace him. In CCTV footage it seems like Gurucharan had ‘planned’ his own disappearance, moving from one e-rickshaw to another before vanishing from Delhi.
