Earlier this year, reports of TV couple Aamir Ali and Sanjeeda Shaikh parting ways surfaced. Amid that, rumours that the couple, married for eight years, had welcomed a baby girl via surrogacy. Now, a year after her birth and keeping the news under tights wraps, Aamir, on August 30, shared the first glimpse with his daughter Ayra Ali. The actor on Instagram posted pictures marking her first birthday. He penned a heartfelt and emotional note for the title one calling her an angel from heaven. Saying that his 'chota sa jaan' kept him strong and going amid tough times, the actor gushed that he experienced love at first sight only after seeing her.
"Didn’t know how angel’s look like, until I saw her exactly a year back.. My Lil girl from heaven, had come down to earth.. didn’t believe in love at 1st sight, until I saw her de first time..So much has happened this 1 year, my Chota sa jaan kept me strong n going..My love, My jaan completes 1 year.. Ayra Ali," Aamir's note read. In the glimpse shared, Aamir is seen holding Ayra tightly in his arms. Planting a kiss and smiling radiantly, the actor and his daughter were nothing, but simply adorable.
Aamir and Sanjeeda got married in 2012 after being in a relationship for nearly 7 years. In January this year, rumours of Aamir and Sanjeeda taking a mutual decision of parting ways circulated. Reportedly, the actress is living with her parents. However, the couple is yet to issue a statement on the same.
