From Kapil Sharma to Divyanka Tripathi, television actors spread awareness regarding Coronavirus on social media

Indian television celebrities have also become cautious after witnessing the havoc of Coronavirus pandemic. While some celebs are protecting themselves by wearing masks, some are also seen advising their fans to avoid the virus.

Television couple Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya also wore masks to keep themselves away from Coronavirus. The couple was travelling to Bhopal to celebrate Holi. Sharing the picture of the two wearing masks, Divyanka wrote, “Love in the times of Corona” (sic). On the other hand, Vivek wrote, “Khana peena kaise corona ! Shivin Narang, who is currently seen in Beyhadh 2 had to travel to Kyrgyzstan for shooting a music video. While travelling, the actor wore a mask to avoid infection. He said, "It was a short work trip to Kyrgyzstan. I went there for a music video. The whole world is having trouble with the coronavirus and one should take proper precautions to avoid any issue. Prevention is better than cure.”

Film and TV actor Gurmeet Choudhary also took to social media to spread awareness. He shared a video wearing a mask and can be seen avoiding a handshake from a random person. He wrote, “Be safe from corona virus. pls karona hand shake sirf karo Namaste.”

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein fame Aly Goni is also travelling with his friend and has shared a picture wearing masks.

Urvashi Dholakia urged her followers to avoid handshakes as it encourages the spreading of Coronavirus. The actress has asked them to do a Namaste instead.

In the past, many Bollywood celebrities including Salman Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra, Bipasha Basu among many others, also took to their social media accounts to spread awareness about this virus among their fans.
