Telugu industry's pioneers SS Rajamouli, Prabhas and Rana Daggubati to sip 'Koffee With Karan'

Sipping a hot cuppa of 'Koffee' is only fun when you have it on Karan Johar's controversial couch. The season 6 of Koffee With Karan has till now belted out combos revolving around families and relationships. But now KJo has pulled a coup, inviting the pioneers from the Telugu industry - the Baahubali trio - SS Rajamouli, Prabhas and Rana Daggubati to appear on his show.

This will be the first time that fans will get to see stars from South industry on Karan's chat show, which predominantly features only Bollywood biggies.

On December 8, Karan tweeted that he is on his way to shoot an episode of KWK, and he is feeling 'proud' of the same! Enough to drop major hints...

As leading entertainment magazine, “Given that they are the minds behind the biggest Indian film (Baahubali) and have gained pan-India popularity, KJo wanted them to feature on the show. Prabhas, who is otherwise media-shy, agreed to make an appearance only as a mark of his respect for Karan."

The episode will trace the journey of Baahubali while revealing several interesting nuggets that the audience may not be aware of. But what is making the audience excited is KJo prodding Prabhas about his personal life and his single status (he is rumored to be dating his magnum opus film's lead actress, Anushka Shetty).

For the uninitiated, Karan has collaborated with team Baahubali more than once. First, when his Dharma Productions presented the Hindi version of the film and then when it backed the film's sequel, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion.
