Ahan Shetty showcased intensity, rawness and swag in his debut film Tadap, which released on December 3 in theatres across the globe. Directed by Milan Luthria, the romantic thriller also stars Tara Sutaria, Saurabh Shukla and Kumud Mishra. Tadap opened to strong word of mouth as people were cheering for Suniel Shetty's son's entry into Bollywood. Rave reviews drew the audience to the theatres.
Tadap got a good start at the box office on its first day. The Sajid Nadiadwala-produced film earned Rs. 4.05 crores on its opening day. As per trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the romantic thriller minted approximately Rs. 4.12 crores on Saturday. After 2 days, Tadap has collected Rs. 8.17 crores only in India.
Presented by Fox Star Studios, Tadap is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and co-produced by Fox Star Studios. The film directed by Milan Luthria and written by Rajat Arora, is the Hindi remake of RX100.
