Kriti Sanon and Kartik Aaryan starrer Luka Chuppi continue to attract footfalls even in its week two. The romantic-comedy has appealed to the family audience and has managed to garner good numbers at the box office. Produced by Dinesh Vijan the film has surpassed expectations and collected a cool Rs 73.44 crore. The film is expected to fetch Rs 80 crore as its lifetime business.
Luka Chuppi is directed by Laxman Utekar and also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Vinay Pathak and Aparshakti Khurana in pivotal roles. The film’s target audience has appreciated the film and it has managed to rake in good numbers.

On the other hand, Taapsee Pannu and Amitabh Bachchan starrer Badla which is a suspense thriller refuse to slow down. The murder mystery has managed to keep the audience’s attention and has maintained a solid grip at the box office. Even on Day 6 on weekdays, the film has been garnering good numbers.
Directed by Sujoy Ghosh and produced by Shah Rukh Khan the film has crossed a cool Rs 40.33 crores in just six days and is poised to rake in more moolah in the days to come.

However, Brie Larson starrer Captain Marvel dropped further on Tuesday with collections of Rs 4.25 crore nett. The film is around 15% down from Monday and looks to run out soon. The film has not been liked much by the Indian audience and has fetched Rs 49.60 crores.
