Box Office: Ayushmann's Badhaai Ho opens well on Dussehra; Arjun's Namaste England off to a dull start

It is Dussehra and film buffs made the most of their holiday at cinema theatres by watching Ayushmann Khurrana’s Badhaai Ho and Arjun Kapoor’s Namaste England, which released on the occasion. As far as business is concerned, Badhaai Ho did exceptionally well on the first day of its release while Namaste England, surprisingly, didn’t impress audiences.

Badhaai Ho, co-starring Sanya Malhotra, Gajraj Rao and Neena Gupta, collected Rs 7.29 crore on its opening day; trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, adding that the film is expected to witness a favourable response at the box office over the weekend.
