Recently, there was a buzz that Karan is faking his love for Tejasswi as he is in love with some other actress. Netizens strongly sensed that he is dating his Dil Hi Toh Hai co-star Yogita Bihani.
As per netizens, Karan and Yogita share a great relationship since they met first on the set of their show Dil Hi Toh Hai. Yogita often shares pictures with Karan on her Instagram account. Right from celebrating birthdays to festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, the actors were seen together. Karan and Yogita never made their relationship official but rumours claim that they are more than just co-stars and friends.
Putting an end to all rumours, Karan's friend claimed that the actor and Yogita are just good friends. She tweeted, "Just to clear the air Karan is very vocal about his relationships and she is just a really good friend. It’s technically no one’s business but to bring someone else’s name in the picture is wrong. Please be kind." She further said such rumours are upsetting for Karan's family. "I’m sorry I had to make this announcement but do know his mom and dad and family are watching so please respect that. They are not on social much and it’s upsetting. The family only believes in spreading love," the tweet read.

In the episode aired on Sunday, Neha Bhasin took up a fight with Tejasswi in the Bigg Boss 15 house. She called Karan Tejasswi's boyfriend. Referring to him as her boyfriend, Tejasswi was seen arguing with the singer.
Speaking of his love life, Karan reportedly dated his Kitni Mohabbat Hai co-star Kritika Kamra. After a breakup, he found love in Anusha Dandekar. They dated each other for almost 5 years and parted ways in 2020.
