Let's Talk: Despite Laila Majnu release, I tested for parts in Bulbbul and The Girl On The Train, the only person who didn't test me was Karan Johar- Avinash Tiwary

Hey Peepers! PeepingMoon.com is bringing you a new segment: Let's Talk. This weekly episodic will feature artists from the film/TV industry, taking us through their journey, how they battled the odds to make it to the top and their struggle which often goes unnoticed under the arclight. Brace yourself for this emotional rollercoaster ride, a freewheeling dil se dil tak conversation. The latest episode features Avinash Tiwary.

Avinash has been around for 15 years in the entertainment industry. But it took a Laila Majnu (2018) for the actor to get noticed by the fraternity. In the latest segment of Let's Talk, Avinash talks about dealing with rejections on a regular basis, how many still don't recognise him by face and the worry of scoring next work than a film's success. He bares his heart out on the tough times his family had to see due to his struggles, being replaced without notice, till date auditioning for parts and how the release of Bulbbul and The Girl On The Train on OTT changed his position in the market. Avinash admits he is indeed looking for stardom, his stance on pay parity and playing hero in female-led films and his next big project, Dongri to Dubai.
