Netflix' Sacred Games is undoubtedly one of the most successful web series made in India. With the second season all set to release on August 15, 2019, the digital entertainment platform has been unveiling some exciting clipping and posters, leaving us intrigued. Now, the makers of the crime thriller have dropped in a CV of our very own Ganesh Gaitonde and we would definitely hire him.
Netflix shared Nawazuddin aka Ganesh's CV on Instagram and captioned it as "Would you hire him? #CVsOfNetflix". The CV features Nawazuddin, all suited up, working dedicatedly on his next deadly plan (well, maybe). And don't miss his skill set because it includes "Kabhi nahi marega".
Based on author Vikram Chandra's best-selling novel, the first season of Sacred Games received viewer appreciation and critical acclaim worldwide for its gritty plot and power-packed performances. The second season of the popular show will be back with a new trail of betrayal, crime, passion and a thrilling chase through Mumbai's underbelly featuring Saif Ali Khan as Sartaj Singh and Nawazuddin as Ganesh Gaitonde. While the intriguing Guruji (Pankaj Tripathi), introduced in season one as Gaitonde's 'third father', will play a pivotal role in unfolding a chain of events. Anurag Kashyap and Neeraj Ghaywan have directed the new season.
