Prime Video's musical drama, Bandish Bandits, was loved by the audience. Released in 2020, the series revolved around the story of Radhe and Tamanna who belong to different schools of music but are united by romantic emotions. After 4 years, the show's sequel is all set to release on the OTT giant.
At Prime Video's event in Mumbai today, the makers of Bandish Bandits showcased the second season's sizzle. The official synopsis reads, "As Radhe and Tamanna, former lovers and bandmates, find themselves pitted against each other in a nationwide band competition, their tumultuous relationship intersects like pieces on a chessboard. Who will declare checkmate first?"
Directed by Anand Tiwari and produced by Leo Media Collective Private Limited, Bandish Bandits season 2 stars Ritwik Bhowmik, Shreya Chaudhry, Sheeba Chadha, Divya Dutta, Atul Kulkarni, Rajesh Tailang, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Rohan Gurbaxani, Yashaswini Dayama, Aaliyah Qureshi, and Saurabh Nayyar. The writers are Atmika Didwania, Karan Singh Tyagi, and Anand Tiwari.
