The wait is finally over! Akshay Kumar, Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush's trailer of their much-anticipated film Atrangi Re has been released on YouTube. The makers have also announced the film's release date. Directed by Aanand L Rai, Atrangi Re is all set to release on Dinsey Plus Hotstar on December 24, 2021.
Sharing the trailer of the film, Akshay wrote, "It's time to feel the madness of this love story. #AtrangiRe Trailer out." In the trailer, Sara's character Rinku is forced to marry Vishu, played by Dhanush. Soon after their wedding, the couple plans to part ways after reaching Delhi, however, things take an unexpected turn when the two start liking each other. But it's not that simple. Rinku is also in love with Akshay, who plays a magician in the film. What happens next is what makes this love story truly unique in the trailer.
The highly-anticipated Indian musical romantic drama, Atrangi Re has a fantastic, never-heard-before subject and storyline. Shot in North India and Madurai, the film is expected to tantalize masses with its non-linear narrative of two romances running in parallel.
Helmed by Aanand L Rai, Atrangi Re features Dhanush, Sara and Akshay in the lead roles.
