Kunal Deshmukh made his directorial debut in 2008 with Emraan Hashmi and Sonal Chauhan's Jannat. The film garnered much appreciation and so did its sequel, Jannat 2 (2012). His last film was Raja Natwarlal with Emraan in 2014. Now, Kunal's latest project, Shiddat, is gearing up for an OTT release. The passionate love story stars Sunny Kaushal, Radhika Madan, Mohit Raina and Diana Penty in the lead.
The trailer of Shiddat will be launched on September 13. Ahead of it, the makers have been creating enough buzz by releasing intriguing and edgy motion posters featuring Sunny and Radhika. Today, yet another motion poster of Shiddat was shared and it showed a different side of the lead pair's relationship. Infused with madness, Kartika a.k.a Radhika and Jaggi a.k.a Sunny's love story seems to be interesting.
Mohit and Diana's looks have been kept under wraps for now. Shiddat is presented by Gulshan Kumar and Prem Vijan. The film is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Bhushan Kumar under the banners Maddock Films and T Series. Shiddat is said to have two parallel tracks focusing on the journey of two couples.
Shiddat will release on Disney+Hotstar on October 1.
