Parth Samthaan plays a most-wanted gangster in digital debut Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu teaser; series to release on April 20

Parth Samthaan is making his web debut in the Ekta Kapoor-produced series Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu. The show directed by Siddhartha Luther will also star Patralekhaa and Arslan Goni in important roles. Ahead of its much-awaited premiere on April 20, the makers of the gangster drama shared its teaser on social media. 

In Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu teaser, we are introduced to Nawab, a gangster from Bareilly, who is also known as 'Hero'. Not much about Parth's character has been disclosed. The actor further revealed that the trailer of the series will release on April 6. "There are two sides to every story. Dono me hi Nawab sabki bajaane wala hai. Aa raha hai hero, jald hi," the caption read.

Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu is said to chronicle the rise of the underworld don Nawab's rise from the 1980s to the 1990s. Reports suggest that the show will be loosely based on the life of Abu Salem who was infamous for Bollywood extortion during that period. Patralekhaa will be seen playing the role of a heroine while Arslan will be the antagonist, Lala.
