Sushmita Sen made a power-packed comeback after almost a decade with Ram Madhvani's web show, Aarya. The actress played the titular role and the series revolved around her journey from a doting wife, mother and daughter to become a drug lord after the demise of her husband. Aarya released on June 19 and soon after, its sequel was announced.
Now, Sushmita has started shooting for Aarya 2 in Jaipur last week. The actress, today, on social media, shared a picture from the sets. In the picture, Sushmita looks like a boss lady with one hand on her waist and the other on a wall. Two bulky men, who look like bodyguards are seen standing behind her. Her caption read, "Hell hath no fury like a woman ‘Reborn’ #Aarya #season2 #jaipur #khammaghani #privet I love you guys!!! #superexcited mmmuuuaaah!!!"

Recently, Sushmita shared a picture of her eyes to announce the second season of Aarya. On Instagram, she wrote, "She sees a storm coming...in the mirror!!! #Aarya #season2 “your wish is our command” I love you guys!!! Let’s do this @RamKMadhvani @disneyplushotstarvip #TeamAarya #duggadugga"
The first season of Aarya also starred Chandrachur Singh, Namit Das, Sikander Kher, Manish Chaudhari, Vikas Kumar and many others.
