The wait to enter the crime-haven Mirzapur once again will end on October 23, 2020, as Amazon Prime Video will finally open the gates. The show featuring, Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Shweta Tripathi, Vijay Varma, Divyenndu, Vijay Varma, Rasika Dugal, Harshita Shekhar Gaur, Amit Sial, Anjum Sharma, Sheeba Chaddha, Manu Rishi Chadha and Rajesh Tailang will pick up from the point where season 1 concluded. Now, as the premiere date is inching closer, the makers of Mirzapur 2 released its trailer this afternoon.
The trailer of Mirzapur 2 takes us into the crime-haven that has become more about power, politics and revenge. It is about conspiracies and people double-crossing each other while carrying guns that they won’t hesitate to use. The 2 minutes 48 seconds video takes us to the power corridors where a nexus between politics and criminals prevails. Kaleen Bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi), who doesn't want any rule to change, is opposed by Munna (Divyenndu). On the other hand, Guddu Pandit (Ali Fazal) returns to Mirzapur. Golu (Shweta Tripathi) is out to seek revenge. Guddu's and Golu's aim is to avenge the deaths of their close one. While the trailer saw Vijay Varma's entry, not much about his character was revealed.
