Lyricist Jaani is known to spin magic with his words and shot to fame with Pachtaoge that went on to cross over 450 million views on YouTube. His recent single with Tulsi Kumar titled Naam also garnered 67 million views within a month of its release, while Divya Khosla Kumar's Yaad Piya Ki Aane Lagi falls within the top 10 most viewed songs of the decade 2010-2019. He now turns music composer with Taroon Ke Sheher produced which is presented by Bhushan Kumar's T-Series. The team released the teaser of the song today.
The intense romantic track sung by Neha Kakkar and Jubin Nautiyal also marks the music video debut of actor Sunny Kaushal. While Jaani already has a massive fanbase who eagerly await his songs, it took an extremely special song like Taaron Ke Sheher to inspire him to not only pen the lyrics but also give the music and compose this romantic song. Interestingly, while Pachtaoge the biggest hit of Jaani's career, featured Vicky Kaushal, Taaron Ke Sheher introduces Vicky’s brother Sunny Kaushal opposite Neha Kakkar in the music video, directed by Arvindr Khera. The teaser gives us a glimpse of intense love and soothing music.
Talking about his experience composing the song, says Jaani, "When I write a song, I imagine its composition. When I was writing 'Taroon Ke Sheher' it's composition was already playing in my head and it sounded great so I felt why not compose this song too. As funny as it sounds, this song actually came to me in a dream so the process was very natural and very enjoyable. During these rough times, comes a sweet, genuine song and I hope audiences enjoy it."
The romantic song will be out on September 20, 2020, on T-Series' YouTube channel.
