The entire world is currently confined to their houses owing to the havoc caused by Coronavirus. While all of us are finding ways to entertain ourselves amid a complete lockdown in India, Netflix is all set to add a punch of action and thrill by releasing the much-awaited Hollywood film titled Extraction. Starring Chris Hemsworth and Randeep Hooda in important roles, the action-thriller marks the directorial debut of Sam Hargrave. Now, taking the excitement a notch higher, the makers of Extraction unveiled its first official poster on social media platforms.
Netflix, yesterday, on Instagram, shared Chris' first poster. The actor as Tyler Rake looks intense and ready for some high-octane action. According to the buzz, Chris as Tyler will be a fearless black market mercenary who has nothing, in particular, to lose and worry about. However, he is then put on a mission to rescue the kidnapped son of an imprisoned international crime lord. Amidst guns, weapons and underworld, Tyler's and the child's life takes a sharp turn due to the change in circumstances.
Extraction, co-written by Joe Russo of the directing duo Russo Brothers, also stars David Harbour, Derek Luke, Fay Masterson, Golshifteh Farahani and Rudhraksh Jaiswal. Chris along with Mike Larocca and Eric Gitter has produced the film. Extraction will stream on Netflix from April 24 this year.
