Did you know South Korean series 'My Secret, Terrius' on Netflix predicted the Coronavirus outbreak 2 years ago?

The novel coronavirus has affected over 4,80,000 people globally and killed over 21,000 so far. The now-declared pandemic has prompted countries around the world to go into lockdown in order to curb the spread of the virus.

Now amidst all this, several Netflix users are claiming that a Korean series titled My Secret, Terrius had predicted two years back that a coronavirus outbreak would take place. The first season of the show reportedly ended with a doctor talking about a virus, which seems very uncannily like the Coronavirus. Currently looking for its cure, the doctor can be seen telling a fellow doctor that someone tweaked the virus and increased its mortality rate to 90 percent. She adds that it has an incubation period of two to 14 days.

“The virus was manipulated to attack the lungs directly within just five minutes of being exposed,” the doctor is heard saying in the clip, prompting the children towash their hands effectively. Expectedly so, the clip has gone viral on social media with Netflix users finding resemblance to the COVID-19 and it will certainly blow your mind as well.

The show originally aired in 2018.
