Netflix dropped a new teaser starring Shah Rukh Khan this afternoon and the Internet could not keep calm. In the teaser, SRK is seen having a conversation over the phone about the role of an interrogator but it is not for a film. He says he is such good actor that he can do any role but is shocked when gets to know that it’s not for a film but for an intelligence agency recruitment.
Netflix captioned the teaser as, "This is probably the most challenging role SRK is ever going to play." Watch the teaser here. The video immediately caught everyone's attention as there is so much interest around which project will SRK choose next. However, looks like Shah Rukh was talking about his role as a producer of Netflix's upcoming series Bard of Blood. The series starring Emraan Hashmi in the lead will premiere on Netflix on September 27, 2019. The seven-episode show is based on Bilal Siddiqi's bestselling book of the same name.

Emraan plays the role of Kabir Anand, a debarred spy who returns from his idyllic life in Panchgani to save his country and his long-lost love. The series is multilingual and presents the actor with deadly combat skills and intellectual background that propels him to avenge the past and face deadliest enemies in a race against time. The makers claim that the series will involve highly stylized action sequences never seen before on screen in India.
