Ekta Kapoor’s dark love story Bekaboo to stream on World Family Day, May 15

A few weeks ago Ekta Kapoor’s digital platform Alt Balaji turned two. Alt is one of the fastest growing OTT platforms and stands by its vision.

Some of the best shows that the digital platform has offered so far is, HUM (Kushal Tandon, Karishma Sharma, Ridhima Pandit), Broken But Beautiful (Vikrant Massey and Harleen Sethi), Bose: Dead/Alive (Rajkummar Rao), The Test Case (Nimrat Kaur), Kehne Ko Humsafar Hai (Ronit Roy, Mona Singh, Gurdeep Kohli Punj), The Great Indian Dysfunctional Family and many more.

Now, PeepingMoon has exclusively learned that Alt Balaji’s upcoming show Bekaboo which is based on Navoneel Chakraborty’s novel will stream from May 15, 2019 which is celebrated as World Family Day.

Bekaboo stars Kingfisher calendar model Priya Banarjee who was last seen in Alt’s previous show Baarish. It also features Madhu Sneha Upadhyay who will make her digital debut with the show. Both the actresses will be parallel leads in this dark love story. Rajeev Sidhartha who was essayed a pivotal role in Alt’s Romeo and Jugal is the protagonist of Bekaboo.

On Sunday morning Producer Ekta Kapoor posted a video on her Instagram giving us a sneak peek of the show which read, “If ‘crazy’ had a face! #stalker alert! Fasten ur seatbelts for this one! I may have to go off social media for a while! Dark dogma delicious! Stark radical liberating n based on a bestselling [email protected] is a teaser.

 

 
 
 
 
 

 

This morning Ekta Kapoor shared another teaser of the show. The glimpse of Bekaboo reminds us of famous film Fifty shades of Grey.  Needless to say the bold, raunchy and sassy screenplay will keep the viewers hooked. The trailer of Bekaboo is out and we ca't get our eyes off the bold and passioante trailer of the show.
