Amyra Dastur, Mallika Dua, Sapna Pabbi and Shweta Tripathi had fun shooting for their upcoming web series Trip 2 in Pondicherry and other parts of Tamil Nadu. Social media has been a proof of the great bonding these actresses shared with each other.

However, among these 4 actresses, Amyra and Mallika developed a great friendship on the sets. Despite being totally different from each other, these two hit it off like a house on fire. Their camaraderie, in fact, turned out to be so entertaining for the cast and crew that the director decided to increase their scenes. What more? she even assigned the task of writing the scenes to these two.

What followed was the two best friends spending hours along with each other writing the scenes and giving them a punch of comedy.

Amyra and Mallika who play cousins in the web series brainstormed to create dialogues and actions which could make the audience laugh even more.

When Amyra was asked about their stint as comic writers she said, “When we played off one another in the scenes, the ad lib just came in organically. It’s great to work with a Director that allows her actors to improvise. Sonam loved it and encouraged our input during the shoot.”
