Now, in her 6th year in the film fraternity, the starlet has taken a leap and ventured into South cinema. After Devara with Jr. NTR, Janhvi will be seen with Ram Charan in an untitled Telugu film.
Today, the film, tentatively called RC16 (indicating Ram Charan's 16th film), was launched with a pooja. Ram Charan, Janhvi along with the team of the film were present to grace the event. Pictures and videos from the pooja went viral on social media.

In an interview with iDream Media, Janhvi's father Boney Kapoor confirmed her South films and said, "Janhvi has shot for a film with Jr NTR, and she is soon set to start a film with Ram Charan too. It is God's blessings. She is also doing a film with Suriya in Hindi. I want her to do all kinds of movies."
Workwise, Janhvi has Mr And Mrs Mahi with Rajkummar Rao, Ulajh with Gulshan Devaiah and Roshan Mathew and Devara with Jr. NTR and Saif Ali Khan.
