The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Suhasini and Manish shocked to see a lawyer at home. Kartik wants her and his father to sign a document that will not allow Suhasini and Manish to get close to their child.
Kartik threatens to leave the house if they don't do so. Suhasini is shocked and hurt. Naira overhears the conversation. Suhasini and Manish reluctantly sign the document. Kirti sends a message to Naira apologizing on Suhasini’s behalf.
Bhabhimaa calls Naira to inquire about her health. Naira tells Bhabhimaa that Kartik shouldn’t have made Suhasini and Manish sign those documents. Aditya keeps calling Kirti but she avoids attending the call.
Manish apologizes to Naira as she is in tears.
Kirti tries to convince Kartik to forgive Suhasini and Manish. She makes desperate attempts to change Kartik’s mind.
Naira also asks Kartik to forgive Suhasini and Manish. Babaji then asks Suhasini about the Pooja she wanted to conduct for Naira and the baby. Seeing Kartik and Naira in front, she hangs up the call. Kartik and Naira forgive Suhasini. Naira requests Suhasini to take care of all of them.
