The latest episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein begins with Roshni asking the court to give her some time to decide. The Bhalla's get angry as the court announces that Roshni is the decision maker.
Santoshi tells Raman that she might not get her grandchild. Raman promises to get it. Raman reaches Ishita's house to meet Roshni. He talks to Roshni about the child and tells her that he is not mean.

He says her that Roshni is unmarried and if she comes to the Bhalla house with the child she will still be the other woman as Alia will still remain Aditya's legally wedded wife. He tells Roshni that he does not want the child to grow up as an illicit child.
Ishita talks to Roshni and even she says that Raman is right. In court, Raman assures Santoshi that if Roshni refuses, then they can find other ways to fight for the child. Roshni tells the judge that she has finally decided to give her child to the Bhallas.
