The episode of Bepannah begins with Mahi explaining Madhu that Zoya is their source of money and they should start treating her well. Yash’s mother refuses to oblige Zoya. Mahi advises her to stay quiet. Yash’s mother asks her if she should let her son’s murderer stay in their house and act as if nothing happened.
Mahi asks the doctor about Zoya’s health. He advises to let Zoya rest for a while. Mahi tells Zoya to rest. Mahi also mentions that she has to manage the haldi arrangement and that Zoya can help on phone. She begins to look for her phone and panics. She finds it inside a pack of rice under her pillow and is relieved as it has all the memories. She remembers Aditya holding her phone.

Aditya calls his brother Arjun to ask about Zoya's well-being. He replies back saying that she is fine and asks him why is hurting Zoya and now acting all worried about her.
Arjun’s mother asks him where was he all night and gets irritated by the whole scenario. He says that he isn't like Aditya. Meanwhile, the doorbell rings. A courier boy hands over some packages to the house help. He thinks that the diary just got delivered and checks the packages but does not find the diary amongst them. house help takes the packages upstairs to Harsh’s study. Harsh asks Satish, the house help as to when was the last time he cleaned the table.
Zoya reaches the venue. The staff is surprised to see her there. Mona takes her inside and shows her the preparations. Mona and other interns give her an update. They head back to their work. Bella greets Zoya and she is surprised to see that Aditya is helping her.
Mahi overhears two inspectors disguised as waiters talking about keeping a check on Zoya and Aditya if they want the insurance money or not. They decide that if things go well in Bella's haldi ceremony then things are fine.
Aditya and Zoya change the decoration and they get stuck in a garland of flowers. They are lost in each other's eyes. Aditya leaves the spot. Akansha is getting haldi applied when she collides with Aditya getting his kurta spoiled. He goes to clean it. Bella's friends find Aditya hot and go to him for clicking a selfie. Zoya who is in the frame, starts smiling.
Bella is seen telling her friends to stay away from her fiance. Mahi calls Akansha and says that Bella wants to meet Rohan alone and she should tell Rohan to meet Bella.
