Acting
Varun-Janhvi and Sanya-Rohit display amazing chemistry. Varun is the show stealer. His expressions are spot-on in every scene. Rohitashv Gour displays excellent comic timing in his short role as Varun's father. Maniesh Paul is the cherry on the cake in this comedy-drama.
Director
Shashank Khaitan once again proves he is a master of this genre. Comedy, drama, music, emotions — everything is served in abundance. This film is a family entertainer. There couldn't be a better treat for Dussehra.
Dialogue
The best dialogues belong to Varun Dhawan. His jokes, emotions, and cringe-worthy poetry make the film special. Some of Janhvi Kapoor's dialogues will make you rethink life.
Music
There’s not much to say about the music, as it's already a hit online. But combined with the story, it is even more impactful. The party song and Holi anthem are guaranteed for the next few years.
Overall
This film is a must-watch family entertainer for the festive season.
