Reema Kagti's latest directorial, GOLD, released today on Independence Day. Yesterday night, the makers of the film organised a special screening in the city inviting Bollywood personalities to attend the show. Apart from the film's cast and crew, celebs like Sunny Kaushal, Kunal Kapoor, Javed Akhtar and Honey Irani among others were present at the screening.
Mouni looked stunning in red and popular TV actors Aamir Ali, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Aamna Sharif and Aashka Goradia were also spotted at the screening of Gold to support her. Though Akshay Kumar was missing from the screening, rest of the team hosted the gathering.
Farhan, who has produced the film along with Ritesh Sidhwani, was accompanied by his family members at the screening. Her father Javed Akhtar came along with wife Shabana Azmi and his sister Zoya Akhtar also marked her presence.
GOLD is slated for a box-office clash with John Abraham's Satyameva Jayate.
