Jonathan Majors guilty of assaulting ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari, Marvel drops him from Avengers: The Kang Dynasty

Renowned Hollywood actor, Jonathan Majors, has been found guilty of assaulting and harassing his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari. As per a report in AFP, the prosecutor's office issued an official statement confirming the same. The verdict was announced after a jury of six had a discussion.

The prosecutor's office's statement read, "Jonathan Majors was found guilty by a Manhattan Criminal Court jury of assault in the third degree and harassment in the second degree." Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg shared, "The evidence presented throughout this trial illustrated a cycle of psychological and emotional abuse, and escalating patterns of coercion. A jury determined that pattern of abuse and coercion culminated with Mr. Majors assaulting and harassing his girlfriend."

Owing to this decision, Marvel has reportedly decided to part ways with Jonathan. The actor debuted as Kang the Conqueror in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania this year and was supposed to headline Avengers: The Kang Dynasty which is scheduled to release in 2026.
