The highly anticipated trailer of Dune: Part Two was released on Wednesday night. The almost two-and-a-half minute trailer of Denis Villeneuve’s directorial stars Timothee Chalamet and Zendaya in the lead and gives a glimpse into the world of the sequel and its characters and hints at the revenge saga that it will unfold.
Adapted from Frank Herbert’s 1965 sci-fi novel, Dune: Part Two catches up with Paul Atreides (Chalamet) after the violent massacre of house Atreides in the first film. His father, Duke Leto (Oscar Issac) was murdered in an inter-galactic conspiracy. Now, Paul, taking refuge in among the indigenous Fremen on planet Arrakis along with his mother Jessica must avenge his father’s death. He has the love and support of Chani (Zendaya) and is primed to ride his first snowstorm but is advised not to try anything ‘fancy’. Facing a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the known universe, Paul endeavors to prevent a terrible future only he can foresee.

Dune: Part Two boasts of a stellar star cast that includes Timothee Chalamet, Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Dave Bautista, Christopher Walken, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Lea Seydoux, Stellan Skarsgard, Charlotte Rampling and Javier Bardem.
