Director Todd Phillips has upped the excitement for his upcoming film Joker: Folie a Deux featuring Lady Gaga and Joaquin Phoenix. The filmmaker announced the wrap of the much-anticipated film on social media. Sharing pictures of Lady Gaga and Joaquin as Harley Quinn and Joker, Todd promised the film to be a crazy ride.
Sharing Lady Gaga and Joaquin's looks from Joker: Folie a Deux, Todd wrote, "That’s a wrap. Thanks to these two (+ the entire cast) and the BEST crew that the film industry has to offer. From top to bottom. Gonna crawl into a cave now (edit room) and put it all together."
On Valentine's Day, Todd shared a stunning picture of Lady Gaga and Joaquin. The caption read, "Happy Valentines Day."
Harley Quinn was earlier played by Margot Robbie in Birds of Prey and Suicide Squad. Lady Gaga takes it forward in Joker: Folie a Deux which is a musical sequel to Joker. The film will debut in theatres on October 4, 2024, a little over five years after the first part directed by Todd Philips film hit the screens back in 2019.
